Since 2004, Erabelle has taken on a new and exciting approach to showcase our services to the public through the interactive medium of roadshows. The idea behind it is that if new products can come and go, why can’t the stores that display them do the same. By going into the shopping malls, we plan not only to bring our services to the potential customers but also to build brand awareness by implementing experiences that reach the public where they work, live and play.
Roadshow is a dynamic concept in public spaces and Erabelle’s roadshows are an experience not to be missed. Our roadshow structure is a far cry from the boring office-like cubicles of the past. Instead, we showcase our services in a set-up consistent with our shops. Here, all elements that aim to appeal to the customer’s senses and comfort are exported into the roadshow. In this pleasant environment, customers are able to expect the same level of dedicated service from our highly skilled staff. Be it a quick eyebrow fix during lunchtime or full EraLiner job after work, our roadshows are fully equipped to meet the instant beauty demands of the customers.
So far, we have actively made our presence known by appearing in major shopping malls such as Takashimaya, Bugis Junction, Citylink, Raffles Xchange and Marina Square. By keenly participating in beauty exhibitions and roadshows in countries such as Dubai, Thailand and Kuala Lumpur, we have taken the Erabelle brand abroad as well as attracted the interests of a substantial number of clients and prospects.
